The Aram Academy is looking for an expert Project Control Trainer specializing in Estimating, Cost Control, and Earned Value Management. You will lead courses, training sessions, and workshops for professionals, sharing your expertise in cost management and budget monitoring. We are looking for a professional who, in addition to their current assignment, can provide training on an on-call basis for groups of 4 to 10 participants in one of our training rooms in Capelle aan den IJssel or on-site at our clients’ locations.
In this role, you’ll independently lead training sessions, courses, and workshops based on our course materials. You’ll be based at the Aram Academy and serve as our ambassador. You’ll help students advance in their field by coaching them, inspiring them, and answering their practical questions.
You have a proven track record of successfully leading project teams and contribute to optimizing cost control. You have several years of experience as a Cost Engineer in industrial, infrastructure, and land development projects. Experience with (semi-)governmental organizations is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of Estimating & Cost Control according to ACE and the PMBOK
Experience in creating Cost Breakdown Structures
Ability to manually calculate Earned Value Analyses
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
You are fluent in Dutch and English
Work experience with Oracle Primavera is a plus
