Aram Academy is looking for an expert Trainer in Project Control with specialization in Estimating, Cost Control and Earned Value Management. You will teach courses, trainings and workshops to professionals, sharing your expertise in cost management and budget control. We are looking for a professional who, in addition to his current assignment, will provide on-call training for groups of 4 to 10 participants in one of our training rooms in Capelle aan den IJssel or In Company at our clients.
In this role, you will independently deliver trainings, courses and workshops based on our course materials. You will work from the Aram Academy and be our ambassador. You will help students advance in the profession by coaching, enthusing and answering practical questions.
You have a proven track record in successfully guiding project teams and contributing to optimizing cost control. You have several years of experience as a Cost Engineer in industrial, infrastructure and area development projects. Experience in (semi)government organizations is an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of Estimating & Cost Control according to ACE and the PMBOK
Experience in preparing Cost Breakdown Structures
Calculate Earned Value Analyses manually
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You speak Dutch and English well
Working experience with Oracle Primavera is an advantage
You are representative of the profession anyway. We expect you to be good at transferring knowledge and that your practical stories will have trainees hanging on your every word. To demonstrate this, we may ask you to give a short presentation during the application process.
The Aram Academy is the educational business unit of the Aram Group, knowledge partner in project and program management and project management software.
