Aram Academy offers nine focused modules, including Project Planning, Resource & Cost Control, Risk Management, Lean Task Planning, Dashboards & Reports, Scope & Cost Management, Workflows & Forms, Hands-On for administrators and a special module for P6 experts looking to move to the cloud.
You will learn to set up projects, build a WBS, define activities and milestones, calculate critical paths, create Gantt charts, work with calendars, constraints, codes, baselines and scenarios. Hands-on exercises help you set up schedules and monitor progress.
In the Risk Management using Oracle Primavera Cloud module, you will learn to create risk registers, perform Monte Carlo analyses, interpret tornado and distribution diagrams, evaluate control measures and generate risk reports. Everything is focused on integrated and proactive risk management within projects.
