The two-day course "Project Planning with Oracle Primavera P6 Client" trains planners to master the basics of project planning and progress monitoring. You will learn to set up projects, build a WBS, define activities and milestones, define dependencies and analyze critical paths. Working with calendars, constraints, activity codes, baselines and schedule comparisons will also be covered. The training, either classroom-based in Rotterdam or online via Microsoft Teams, combines theory with practice and prepares you to effectively plan and manage complex projects.
