Are you an entry-level professional with a passion for learning, teaching and technology? Do you have an affinity for project management and want to develop yourself as a trainer and specialist in leading software tools? Aram Academy is looking for a junior software trainer to guide professionals in the use of project management software such as Oracle Primavera, Excel, Power BI and possibly Python.
You will start with a one-year contract for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with the intention to grow into a permanent position. During this period, you will have the opportunity to develop as a trainer, with the possibility, once you are well acquainted with the software and project management, to expand your duties to consultancy assignments within high-profile projects.
- Providing software training in project management tools such as Oracle Primavera, Excel, Power BI and Python.
- Develop and improve course materials tailored to the needs of project control consultants, project control managers and project consultants.
- Supervise trainees in hands-on exercises focused on project planning, cost control, earned value analysis and risk management.
- Contribute to workshops and trainings, combining practice and theory in an accessible way.
- Follow a training program within the Aram Academy to develop yourself into a full-fledged trainer and expert in project management software.
- Completed college or university education, preferably in a technical, business or economic field.
- Strong interest in software and technology, with an affinity for project management.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Excel, and possibly Python is a plus.
- Excellent teaching skills and the motivation to communicate complex topics clearly.
- Fluent in Dutch and good in English, both oral and written.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and independent, with the ambition to further develop yourself as a trainer.
- An intensive training program within the Aram Academy focused on project management, project control and software applications.
- Training and guidance to become a certified software trainer.
